Privacy Policy
This page explains in plain language what personal data Labour Market AI uses, why it uses it, and what rights you have. It describes the platform as it works today, before payments are active.
Who is responsible for your data
- The data controller of the LabourMarket.ai platform is UAB “Nonstop Group”, company code 302676973, registered office Mūšos g. 2C, Aukštikalnių k., LT-39103 Pasvalio r. sav., Lithuania.
- Privacy contact: info@labourmarket.ai. A data protection officer is not appointed.
- Labour Market AI Sp. z o.o. (Warsaw, Poland) owns the platform software and brand and licenses them to UAB “Nonstop Group”. IP ownership gives it no access to your personal data: it has no routine access to the production database, profiles, CVs, contacts or documents.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; for the controller's establishment this is the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI).
What data the platform uses
- Account data: your email address and the sign-in linked to it.
- Content you enter yourself: profile and CV details, skills, work journal entries, photos you attach to entries, and the documents you list in your document inventory.
- Company information entered by company users: company details, needs, projects and bookings.
- Messages you send and receive on the platform.
- Consent records: when you give or revoke a consent, the action and its time are stored.
- Technical data needed to run the service, such as sign-in cookies (see the Cookie Policy).
What the data is used for
- To run the features you use: profile and CV, work journal, skill suggestions you confirm, market map, projects, teams, bookings and messaging.
- To show your information only to people an explicit access rule allows — see the page “Your data and who can see it”.
- To keep an honest history of consents and key access changes.
- The platform does not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers and does not build behavioural profiles.
Who can see your data
- Access is closed by default: data you enter belongs to your account, and other users see nothing unless a specific rule allows it.
- Your professional profile is NOT visible to companies or agencies by default. It can appear in company searches only after you yourself switch on employer visibility in your privacy settings — registration, accepting the terms or filling in your profile never makes it visible.
- Even with visibility on, companies see only a limited professional summary (profession, experience, skills, approximate region, availability, languages, pay expectation if you entered it). Your surname, phone, email, exact address, CV file and documents are never part of it.
- Your CV, contact details or documents reach a specific company only after your separate confirmation for that company and that need. Every completed transfer is recorded in a disclosure log you can see.
- Worker documents are not shown to employers or agencies without the worker's consent, and employers cannot read a worker's saved locations.
- Messages are visible only to the participants of the conversation.
Consent
- Consent purposes are separate: employer visibility of your professional profile and a data transfer to a specific company are two different choices — neither is bundled with the Terms, pre-ticked, or required to use your account, CV or work journal.
- Every consent screen shows the exact versioned text, what becomes visible, what stays private, and both choices side by side (enable / not now). Declining changes nothing about your account.
- You can withdraw any consent at any time in your privacy settings, in one step. After withdrawal your profile stops appearing in new company searches immediately; data a company already lawfully received while the permission was valid may still be held by that company — we say this honestly.
- The consent history is permanent: every grant and every withdrawal is kept as a separate unchangeable record with its text version, language, time and purpose. Nobody — including administrators — can edit or delete it, and no administrator can give consent on your behalf.
Your rights
- You can ask to see the data held about you, to correct it, to receive a copy of it, to restrict how it is used, or to have it deleted.
- Honest current state: you can download a copy of your own data as a JSON file and your work journal as a CSV file yourself, from your account. Deletion is still a request a person reviews — there is no instant deletion button; contact us or file the request, and a person will process it.
- Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
How long data is kept
- Data is kept while your account is active and the feature it belongs to still uses it.
- Consent and audit records are kept as history: a revocation is recorded rather than the record being erased.
- Exact retention periods are part of the final legal wording that is still being prepared.
- — Exact retention periods for each data category.
- — The binding, lawyer-reviewed version of this policy and of the named legal bases.
To ask a question or make a request about your data, get in touch with us — a person will review it.
