Describe the workers or crew you need in the need form. No fee, no card, nothing is published automatically.
A person reviews it
An operator reads every request, contacts you and clarifies scope, timing and conditions before anything moves.
You get a manually checked shortlist
Real candidates or crews, checked by a person against your need. If we cannot put together a suitable shortlist, there is no fee — and we never promise that a candidate will always be found.
You pay only for delivered service
A fixed success fee applies per hired worker, crew or company placement. A separate coordination fee applies only when document or onboarding coordination is actually delivered. The final price is confirmed before paid work starts.
There is no automatic job board and no automatic matching here yet — during early access, selection is coordinated by a person. What you see is what really runs.

Everything you can currently use in the product is free — the pilot runs without payments and nothing asks for a card.
The paid plans below are prepared boundaries: they describe what will belong to the Worker Plus, Company and Agency plans once payments are switched on later.

- Will the Free tier stay free?
- Yes. The Free tier is meant to get workers and small employers onto the market with no cost.
- How is billing handled?
- Payments are not enabled yet and no card details are collected. For now you can join the waitlist — paid access is arranged directly.
- Can I change tiers later?
- Yes. Tiers are meant to follow your needs; you'll be able to move up or down.
