The Organization plan can be activated in the account by secure payment. We still serve the first clients directly: a workforce request is free to submit, and the final scope is agreed before work starts.

A person reviews it
An operator reads every inquiry, contacts you and clarifies scope, timing and conditions before anything moves.
You get a manually checked shortlist
Real candidates or crews, checked by a person against your inquiry. If we cannot put together a suitable shortlist, there is no fee — and we never promise that a candidate will always be found.
You pay only for delivered service
A fixed success fee applies per hired worker, crew or company placement. A separate coordination fee applies only when document or onboarding coordination is actually delivered. The final price is confirmed before paid work starts.
Two things run side by side, and this page describes the second. The platform itself is automatic: the job board is public, the match preview is open without an account, and a stated need produces a ranked shortlist that explains why each person fits — one active position at no cost. The paid service above is the human one: an operator reads your inquiry, contacts you, and checks the shortlist by hand before anyone is proposed to you. Offering or assigning a whole crew as one unit is not built yet — today a crew is matched person by person.

- Why only one paid plan?
- Every organization — employer, staffing provider, contractor or training provider — gets the same product. What changes is scale: 1 active position free, up to 10 for €99/month, and an individual plan above that.
- Will the Free tier stay free?
- Yes. Persons stay free, and an organization can run one active position at no cost.
- How is billing handled?
- Card payment through Stripe with VAT applied by Stripe Tax; invoices, cancellation and changes live in your organization account.
- What happens above 10 active positions?
- Nothing is charged or upgraded automatically. You are asked to contact us and an individual plan is agreed.
