Terms of Service
Who you contract with
- All platform services are provided commercially and sold by UAB “Nonstop Group”, company code 302676973, VAT LT100010790613, registered office Mūšos g. 2C, Aukštikalnių k., LT-39103 Pasvalio r. sav., Lithuania.
- Your contract for any platform service is concluded with UAB “Nonstop Group”. Invoices are issued by and payments are received by UAB “Nonstop Group”.
- Labour Market AI Sp. z o.o. (Warsaw, Poland; KRS 0001218752) owns the LabourMarket.ai software, brand and related intellectual property and licenses it to UAB “Nonstop Group”. It is not a party to your contract.
Governing law and disputes
- These terms and every customer contract are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, and disputes are resolved by the competent Lithuanian courts, except where mandatory consumer, employment, data-protection or other applicable law gives you rights or a forum that cannot be taken away.
- If you are a consumer, you always keep the mandatory rights of the country where you live.
What the platform is and is not
- The platform supports finding, presenting and coordinating labour-market opportunities with a human operator involved.
- Using the platform does not by itself create an employment relationship and does not promise work or workers.
- Worker profiles, CVs and contact details are shared only under the platform's consent rules — see the Privacy Policy.
